Can I hang my art print outside in full sun?
Yes as long you select an Outdoor Art Panel you can hang it anywhere outside, they are made to face the toughest NZ weather conditions.
Will an Outdoor Art Panel eventually fade?
Alas, everything can fade over time, but we use high-quality UV Inks these have a life expectancy of around 5 years.

Yes by resident photographer Sue Collyns (we reference the photographer/artist anything that isn’t).

Can you create an Outdoor Art Panel, Canvas or Print using my own photograph?
Most certainly, as long as the file is large enough, just contact me through the custom art page.
How do I look after my prints?
Outdoor Art Panels can be wiped with a cloth gently and rinsed with clean water. Indoor prints should be kept dry and occasionally dusted.

How is my Art Print sent to me?
New Zealand wide unless requested we use signature required courier NZ Post. We require that for all parcels to be covered by the couriers insurance be signed for. All parcels must inspected for any exterior packaging damage whilst the courier is present. Please inspect the package prior to opening for any signs of damage and photograph all packaging and panel damage. Courier damage is the courier companies responsibility.

Can I personally view an Item before buying?
A selection is available to view in Beachlands and Howick, Auckland by prior arrangement by phoning 0274777879 or email us.
Can I exchange an Item or get a refund if I change my mind?
In most circumstances no, but email us just in case there is something we can do for you.

We will try and accommodate any size or subject you require.
How long from ordering to dispatch for delivery?
Each piece is individually crafted right here in Auckland. We endeavour to ship your goods on a fast turnaround; however this is subject to printing requirements etc. Generally the period is +- 5 to 10 working days. Some items but not all are held in stock which of course means they will be sent the next working day.

All our printing is done right here in New Zealand, using highest quality materials and inks. Each order is individually inspected before shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, but please note Outdoor Panels are a laminated product and are not meant to be ‘Fine Art prints’, however the images are of a very high clarity.
